Screw Conveyors

Screw conveyors are used for conveyance of bulk materials in angular or horizontal lines. It consists of some essential parts, like main body, screw shaft, motor-reducer set. Inclination angle of the screw conveyor can be increased. U type screw conveyors are designed in horizontal and slightly inclined position (10° - 20°). Pipe screw conveyors can be generally designed in horizontal and inclined position (0° - 90°). Feeding and discharge openings can be located any point over the screw conveyor. Screw conveyors are manufactured as pipe and U type.

As the conveyor is enclosed, the materials conveyed are protected against ambient conditions.
