Air Slide Conveyors

Air slide conveyors are used for pneumatically conveyance of powdered materials, e.g. cement, alumina and fly ash.  

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF SC AIR SLIDE CONVEYORS

Air slide conveyors  consist of two compartments separated by porous belt fabric. Low pressure air is fed to the lower compartment. Air passes through the pores and causes a kind of lubrication effect on the porous belt fabric. This lubrication effect allows the material to be conveniently carried inside the air slide conveyors with an inclination of 6 to 8 degrees.

Production is possible in a very wide range of capacity from 20 m3/hour up to 1500 m3/hour.
