Which materials are suitable for briquetting machine?
Coal dust, iron powder, coking coal, aluminium powder, iron ore powder, oxide scale, alumina, sodium hydroxide, clay, bauxite, cryolite, fertilizer, urea, carbon dust, clinker, gypsum, sediment, sludge, kaolen, active carbon and similars are suitable to be used for briquetting operation. Finished briquettes are available in high concentration and various shapes and greatly favour the transportation. Shaping operation upon special requirements is also possible.
Hydraulic briquetting machine; is used to briquetting and palleting the rawmaterial fed after conveying the granulated orpowder material to mould system thanks to vertical helix existing in the system due to 2 units casting briquette mould and functioning with hydraulic pressure system.
